About Us
Pakistan Infrastructure Development Co. Ltd. (PIDCL) is a Government of Pakistan–owned public sector company established under the Companies Act, 2017. Founded in 2015 as KIDCL, renamed SIDCL in 2018, and restructured as PIDCL in 2024, the company has delivered major infrastructure projects in Karachi and Sindh. Its mandate now extends across Pakistan, including Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.
Mission
To consistently deliver successful projects on time and within approved budget by providing expert project management services, fostering strong relationships with different Government departments, and utilizing innovative methodologies to achieve optimal outcomes for general public.

To carry out, execute and implement task assigned by Government of Pakistan relating to the development and improvement of infrastructure and related services and Projects in all over Pakistan including Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan by adopting best Corporate Governance practices and execute the tasks in timely and efficient manner
